My story as an artist began with a simple yet deep question that continues to guide my work: "What makes home feel like home?" For years, I found myself feeling aimless in the world of home décor, visiting retail stores in search of pieces that might bring my space to life. Yet, despite following the glossy spreads of interior design magazines, something was missing.

The creations you'll discover here are my heartfelt response to these questions. They represent a companionship of beauty and comfort with vibrant color pairings that stand boldly against the natural backdrops of wood, paint and brick - the canvas of a home. Each piece is designed to bring focus and intention to a space.

Since childhood I've enjoyed making things - a passion that found expression through clay, fabric arts, and painting. Recently, I've gone deeper into the world of pottery by developing my own clay body and glaze formulas. This exploration took me through the fascinating realms of chemistry and the raw materials that breathe bring life to ceramics.

My interest in interior design led me to earn a certification in Japandi interior design. This style, with its emphasis on natural materials accented with cozy textures and colors deeply resonates deeply with me because it captures that elusive feeling of 'home'.

In 2022, I received my color certification from the IACC-NA. Immersing myself in the psychological and scientific aspects of color, I learned how to weave the stunning combinations found in nature into our homes to enhance our emotional well-being.

In my work, you'll see a blend of my interests and explorations to bring harmony between a range of elements including pottery, fabric arts, beading, and watercolors. I find joy in discovering relationships between these different mediums, each adding its own voice and character that speaks to home, comfort, and self-expression.
